Äåéñòâèòåëüíûé ÷ëåí Áðèòàíñêîãî ïñèõîëîãè÷åñêîãî îáùåñòâà, Àêàäåìèè ñîöèàëüíûõ íàóê (Âåëèêîáðèòàíèÿ).  1994 ãîäó âûñòóïèë îäíèì èç èíèöèàòîðîâ ñîçäàíèÿ Ñåêöèè èññëåäîâàíèé ñîçíàíèÿ è ýêñïåðèåíöèàëüíîé ïñèõîëîãèè (Consciousness and Experiential Psychology Section) â Áðèòàíñêîì ïñèõîëîãè÷åñêîì îáùåñòâå (îôèöèàëüíî ñîçäàíèå Ñåêöèè áûëî óòâåðæäåíî ÷ëåíàìè ÁÏÎ â 1997 ãîäó).  2004-2006 ãã. âîçãëàâëÿë ýòó ñåêöèþ.
